Students in Park Center High School’s ProStart culinary program showcased their skills at the Stars of the Future fundraiser in downtown Minneapolis in November. The students worked with guest chef Paul Lynch, of the Radisson’s Firelake Grill, to prepare and serve dinner for more than 100 attendees. Proceeds went toward travel expenses for the winners of Minnesota’s ProStart Invitational to attend the national competition in April. ProStart is a national culinary program that offers real-life experiences to high school students interested in the culinary industry. It is sponsored by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.
