Spring bike class available at Brookdale Library

Tune up your bike for spring with help from Thad Cialek of Freewheel Bike during a workshop 7-7:45 p.m. Thursday, April 4, at Brookdale Library, 6125 Shingle Creek Parkway, Brooklyn Center. The free workshop is part of Hennepin County Library’s “Library Laboratory” series offering adults hands-on learning opportunities with local experts on a wide variety of subjects.
Cialek will demonstrate basic bike maintenance including changing a flat tire, patching a tube, reinstalling a wheel and lubricating the chain, derailleur gears and brake pivots.
