Irish songs from lumber camps coming to Brooklyn Park Library
Celtic musicians Brian Miller and Randy Gosa will transport visitors to a 19th-century lumber camp bunkhouse Sunday, Feb. 24 where roving Irish-American lumberjacks created a unique brand of north-woods entertainment based on the music of the Emerald Isle. The event meets 3-4:30 p.m. It is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
