UPDATED – Road rage incident: State Patrol seeks public’s help

UPDATE:  Thursday morning road rage incident

FRIDAY, MARCH 31: The vehicle and driver sought following an alleged Thursday morning road rage incident have been located. The driver was interviewed by authorities and consented to a search of his vehicle. No gun was recovered and no arrests have been made pending further investigation.

Around 8:30 a.m. on I-694 westbound at highway 120, a road rage incident between two drivers was reported.

As the subject’s vehicle exited to White Bear Avenue, the subject reportedly fired one shot at the victim’s vehicle, shattering the victim’s back window. No one was hit or injured.

The incident remains under investigation by the Minnesota State Patrol.

The Minnesota State Patrol is asking for the public’s assistance following an early morning road rage incident where a man allegedly fired a handgun at another vehicle.

 Around 8:30 a.m. at 694 westbound and Hwy. 120 in White Bear Lake, a road rage incident began between two drivers.

As the suspect’s vehicle, described as a 2006 white Cadillac Escalade, exited White Bear Avenue, the suspect fired one shot at the victim’s vehicle, shattering the victim’s back window. No one was hit or injured.

 The Minnesota State Patrol is asking for anyone who has seen the white Escalade with Minnesota license plate 275KLG to contact law enforcement immediately.

 The suspect is considered potentially armed and dangerous and the public is urged not to approach him.
