Five Rotary Clubs will host an outdoor celebration 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 29, at the Maple
Grove Town Green and Rotary Music Park, 7991 Main St., Maple Grove. The celebration commemorates 100 years of service by the organization.
Participating clubs include Crystal/New Hope/Robbinsdale, Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, Maple Grove and Rogers. There will be free family activities, such as a bounce house and obstacle course, and opportunities to learn about the history of the Rotary Club as well as its current projects. PRISM, CEAP and the CROSS food pantries will be present to explain their mission and will accept food and cash donations. Live music will be provided by the Brooklyn Center High School Band and Lady and the Wrist.
Attendance is free. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
